05 Feb 2010 —  CVS Enters New Markets: Memphis and St. Louis

CVS announced the grand opening of its first store in Memphis, Tennessee. This marks CVS’s second organic entry into key US markets in the last two weeks. In late January 2010, the retailer announced the opening of four stores in St. Louis, Missouri. CVS plans to open an additional two stores later this year in Memphis followed by more stores over the next few years. Currently, CVS operates 125 stores in Tennessee.
