Sears Launches Online Marketplace, ServiceLine.com
After announcing the beta version in February 2009, Sears has expanded and launched its ServiceLive.com consumer website.
- Customers choose from the site’s over 40,000 registered service pros (including contractors, electricians, and other third-party service providers), whose profiles and ratings users can review.
- Sears earns a 10% commission on each service delivered to a customer.
