29 Jul 2010 —  Walmart.com Adds Flat-Rate Shipping on Health & Beauty Orders

Walmart.com now offers a flat rate of 97-cent shipping on single orders containing health & beauty items. This is available only for the 48 states within the continental US. Previously, added shipping rates were applied to each item ordered instead of the overall basket.
