MBTA Directions
- Take the Red Line to the “Harvard Station” stop.
- Once on street level, walk down Brattle Street.
- Bear left onto Elliot Street.
- Turn right onto to Bennett Street. (The Charles Hotel is located at One Bennett Street.)
- Turn left onto University Road. (University Road is just after the main garage entrance.)
MVI is on the 3rd floor.
Driving Directions
From the North (I-93 South)
- Heading south on Route 93, exit on Storrow Drive West.
- Continue on Storrow Drive West to the “Harvard Square/Cambridge” exit.
- Turn right off of the exit ramp and proceed over the bridge.
- Continue straight across Memorial Drive past the first light onto J.F. Kennedy Street and turn left at the second light onto Eliot Street.
- Bear left at the next intersection onto Bennett Street and The Charles Hotel is immediately on your left.
University Road is just after the main garage entrance. MVI is on the 3rd floor. From Parking Level 2 in the main garage you will need to take the first elevator to the Lobby Level and then go around the corner and take the next bank of elevators to the 3rd Floor.
From the South (I-93 North)
- Heading north on Route 93 take the Mass Pike/Route 90 to the “Brighton, Cambridge” exit (exit #18).
- Bear right after the tollbooth and follow the sign for Cambridge.
- At the bottom of the ramp, turn left at the second traffic light onto Soldiers Field Road. This is just before the Charles River and there is no street sign.
- Follow Soldiers Field Road approximately 1/2 mile and take the “Harvard Square”
exit.
- Turn right off of the exit ramp and proceed over the bridge.
- Continue straight across Memorial Drive past the first light onto J.F. Kennedy Street and turn left at the second light onto Eliot Street. Bear left at the next intersection onto Bennett Street and The Charles Hotel is immediately on your left.

From Logan Airport
- As you leave the airport, follow signs for Route 90, Mass. Turnpike West. This will lead you through the new Ted Williams Tunnel and continues underground through South Boston.
- Continue on Route 90 West to the “Brighton, Cambridge” exit. Bear right after the tollbooth and follow the sign for Cambridge.
